I was fired for using this platform to highlight racism and corruption in the company i was working for, for 30 years. They charged me using social media policy but failed to prove in the CCMA that this platform is social media. They refused even to pay my severence pay for 19 yrs service. I highlighted lots of transgressions agains them but CCMA order was biased. Is tbis platform a social media? I want justice please. The company is Wood South Africa in waterfall midrand.
I also ask full audit on them by the department of labor, Sars and Saps. Thwy refused to pay my tax refund although sars issued Document states so more than R190 000 from 2016.

This people hate blacks and lie about everything. They employ foreigners and only promote under qualified whites. I haveall the proof with me. The kingpin is Michael Senning, Mike Helman, Vanessa Rothman, Mayandran Chetty, Gerhard Engelbrecht, and some few managers. I wonder bow they report BEE compliance.
