Dear Portfolio Committee on Human Settlement.

Kindly, I hereby looking for assistance for my wife who passed away on the 20th of May 2023. My wife was sick since February due to her pregnancy and she died on the day she was admitted to NPA Hospital Empangeni the same day she was admitted. My frustration is that I have tried my best for my wife to be admitted to the hospital because of her condition which was gradually getting more severe on a weekly basis and I was turned down several times by the Hospital and clinic.
So here I so wish to get help from any service provider that is available for me to do a follow-up on this case. I'm very sad because of the lack of discipline in our institutions of public services in South Africa and we take these kinds of cases lite while we are greatly denied by our people to render service for us and our loved ones

I still believe that if Nomzamo " My wife has been admitted on time to the Hospital the results should be something else than what happened in that Hospital which acted like nothing happened.
