Dear Select Committee on Trade and Industry, Economic Development, Small Business Development, Tourism, Employment and Labour,

We are suffering as small black owned business to grow them due to huge tax that we have to pay at SARS.

Once you make a turnover of a million rands SARS is already knocking at your do to take a big chunk of that money as if it's your money. They don't care if you have to pay employees and buy uniforms and work equipment from your profit.

Look for an example in one month if you billed your clients 100k and you have 50 stuff members. SARS will come tax you 30k from that 100k and that was supposed to be your interest which you also use it to buy your company equipment because the rest of 70k and more is going to your employees.

We want SARS to take away the tax from small businesses who's turnover is 5million and start taxing you when you make 10million turnover. That could help us grow our businesses faster, because we will be able to buy more tools for our businesses and qualify to apply for more contracts because we have infrastructure to sustain the contract.

Now it's only white owned businesses who are privileged enough to have all the resources and infrastructures to cater for any client. You as a black business man you have to go around seeking for loans. Hoping to secure one if you not blacklisted.

Talking about black listing black people's freedom is setback by those bad credit scores.Black people need to be cleared from that bondage, give a black business man his freedom back.

Please help us.
