The closing for the government set top box application was 30 of September 2022.The Post Office says government ended their contract with them so they don't accept any new applications.There are still many people in Eldorado Park that qualify and can apply.Is there possibly a way or someone that can assist in getting this contrat renewed with the Post Office so that more people can apply. Please extend the application process for at least 2 months.There millions of these decoders. This was not well advertised in Eldorado Park and other coloured communities and people were not well informed in our communities.You went to rural communities to get those people to sign up.Is there any way that you can perhaps assist with this.I see that there is a cut off date of 27 January to log objections.Could you kindly assist please. Thanks.
