Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,

I am an ANC mamber at Randfontein, Gauteng West. I applied for a sire to buid a student accomodation facility at Randwest City Local Municipality, in 2019, the report was approved by the mayoral committee then follwed by the coucil on the 31st August 2022.

There were four (4) applications at planning and development department, ALL (4) applications were approved for 2.2 Hector's sites each. There was G- Series company who is owned by our members (ANC) , they partnered and on the approval of the company, they want to SPLIT, we were supposed to het our approval packages on the 3rd week of October, now everything has been stoped, because of these CORRUPT ANC members, who wants to SPLIT and each one need his/her own site, which is unacceptable because other memebers of G-Series did NOT apply. They partnered and applied with one company (G- Series)

Now they're fighting with the town planner and his manager (Greg Seitei and Oupa Sethole) and they want to take our approved sites by force, using the chief whip to negotiate for them. I am very worried about this CORRUPTION happening in our Municipality offices, done by our ANC members.

I request for a speedy assistance in this Matter, We are working very hard building our ANC and other members are greedy and breaking it apart.
