My claim with the fund is 10416626, claim has been at the disposal of CF legal team section 91 objection and section 56 Employer vicarious liability/Negligence of the employer.Initially I got Pension through the auspices of the Public Protector.to date I am with bated breath albeit my legal representative wrote the CF a letter to discuss the matter for finalization,I almost forgot the CC wrote a letter on the 04 March 2022 that my claim is finalized and for them to review my claim I should send 52 weeks payslips though RMA require accident earnings 6 months prior accident earnings. I complied and sent year to date earnings amounting to R64897 April 22/2013 to 31January 2014 and the HRM sent from February 2014 to March 2014 date of accident, reason for payslips was because I applied for overtime section 63 (b)(6) with lump-sum section 49 (2)(3) and 49(5) rectifying pension..

Finally medical reimbursement claim has been at the disposal of medical department since 10 March 2022 though dossier required sent was sent and promised claim will be processed.

I have been following SCOPA with DEL department of Employment and labour gives annual reports but every year I get no joy to. date I have not received pension increase dated 1 April 2022,I am told MIN has not signed gazette.

your help and advise will be highly appreciated.
