I hv many years asking about this unlawful discharge of 94712783 in SANDF with different dates. I hv many years submitting my Documents to DHQ Erasmus no respond. I hv taken my matter to PP Public Protector on 03/11/99 with Mr Vusi Matika in Pretoria with no response. ON Thursday 26Mar98 visited Air Command where I met Capt. Carsten to lodge an Appeal since He promised until now. I did take my matter to Military Ombudsman who said I must take my matter to High court. Dr. Guma at DHQ Erasmus since waiting and Gen. Yengeni still waiting. I was accused of insulting and taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didn't finished and they said I will appear again the next day on Thursday 19Mar98 but I didn't appear again in court instead I was taken to civilian prison Makhado Correctional Services where I hv stay five days in prison without a Charge and I was dismissed on my return from prison on Monday 23Mar98 but why the Charge Sheet signed seven days after I was dismissed on the 31Mar98 but why the Record of DOD indicates that I have appear in court at AFB Makhado on the 29Jun98 while I was already dismissed at AFB Makhado on Monday 23Mar98 but again in the DOD Personal Systems indicate that I was discharge on the 02Apr98 but the HR of AFB Makhado Wo van Staden indicates that I was discharge on the 06Apr98 but the DOD Personnel Systems stated that I was detain in prison from 03Apr98 until 08Apr98 but the prison Makhado Correctional Services indicated that I was detain in their center from 19Mar98 until 23Mar98.Col.Fourie at Air Command in Legal Division said the discharge is Fraud.
