Dear Joint Standing Committee on Defence,
I hv many years writing to Defence Force and submitting my documents to Minister of Defence at DHQ Erasmuskloef with no respond. I hv reported my matter to Public Protector on the 03,11, 99 with Mr Vusi Matika and since He gave me the Reference number 7/23979/99 with no respond. I hv taken my matter to Presidential Hotline many with the Reference number 18603105. I was accused of insulting and taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didn't finished and they said I will appear again the next day on Thursday 19Mar98 but I didn't appear again in court instead I was taken to civilian prison Makhado Correctional Services where I hv stay five days in prison without a charge and I was discharge on my return from prison on Monday 23Mar98 but the Charge Sheet was sign after I was discharge on the 31Mar98 while I was already discharged but in the Record of DoD stated that I hv appear in court at AFB Makhado on the 29Jun98 while I was already discharged at AFB Makhado on Monday 23Mar98 and in the Personal Systems of Defence stated that I was discharge on the 02Apr98 and the HR of AFB Makhado stated that I was discharge at AFB Makhado on the 06Apr98 and the Personal Systems of Defence states that I was detain in prison from 03Apr98 until 08Apr98 but the prison Makhado Correctional Services stated I was detain in their center from 19Mar98 until 23Mar98.Col.Fourie at Air Command in Legal Division said the discharge is Fraud and He knew it many years and He knows the responsible persons.
