Deputy Minister Ntuli holds a B.Com Honours degree in Information Systems from University of the Western Cape and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Economic policy from the same institution. She was trained in Managing economic strategies and micro economic policy reform; and in Implementation of sustainable strategies in a globalising world from Williams College in US. She became a Member of Parliament in 1994, and had served on various Parliamentary Committees, including the Joint Monitoring Committee on Improvement of Quality of Life and Status of women; and Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry.
