Dear Portfolio Committee on Health, I am working as a manager of an Old Age home, and part of BADISA , Welfare Organisation. Badisa have about 144 old age homes. For the past 7 years we received no money from the LOTTO and we are really in big trouble, because of old people getting older and they need more medical care. I have just read that the LOTTO people have stolen R1,.4 billion rand , and all we are asking for the opposition party to make sure that people must go to jail and make sure they stay there for ever!!
