Dear Portfolio Committee on Sports, Arts and Culture,

I would hereby like to report the minister of Sports, Arts and Culture un relation to the following accusations:

Breach of Code of Conduct (Parliament)
Discrimination
Hate Speech
Genocide
Causing infringements of rights (Equality, Just Administrative Action, Language & Culture)

The minister is not qualified for the position and has also appointed individuals who do not have the required qualifications to perform their duties and have also acted in his own interest and not in the interest of the public.

The minister can also be accused in terms of inciting racial segregation and have not attempted to create a peaceful environment but has intimidated and encouraged racial tension in the country.

I would like to request the immediate suspension of the minister, a full internal review and also an application in terms of the Witness Protection Act as I have communicated with the department on a regular basis these past few months.
