Dear Joint Standing Committee on the Financial Management of Parliament,
l write with the great disappointment and frustration by the non payment by the eMakhazeni local municipality at Mpumalanga.my company name is Creston construction (pty)ltd which was doing the job with the tender number:ELM 20/08/08 provision of water reticulation in emthonjeni ext 4 and enkanini township andprovision of water in farms in emakhazenilocal municipality. it been 09 months now without full payment and when l consult them they only keep on promising that they will pay but they dont.l even send the complain to the provisional treasury at mpumalanga but still l dont get paid. even if l write letters to the municipality MM they don't respond. please help me,what must l do at this situation l don't now what to do now.
