Dear Standing Committee on Finance, i just want to inquire about fluctuating of salary at work place. 1st the promise that we will get basic salary an no over time.
Secondly they force us to never do over time but seeing very well that their work is a lot. I just want to know if is it legal to see your salary being going up an down while was promised that ther's no over time.

You find yourself one day getting 400 an then after 4month's you get 500 i feel like the company I'm working for is eating our money.
