Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour, I am complaining about service delivery I received at Phoenix department of labour
I don't have a job that pays much but that does not mean my application documents for my maternity benefits must be discarded without putting them in the system.
I applied on the 18 of July 2020 they told me to come back after four weeks when I got there they told me that I am not on their system. Now I have to borrow another money to go up and down filling out the forms it unfair to me because I use money to go to the bank, clinic and work and back to labour and my leave has come to an end I don't know if I apply again
