Dear Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform,

I m just writting this as a concern to my municipality which is Intsika Yethu, the contractor development program seem to be very slow and i can say we are lost now, Chris Hani District gave us all info we needed regarding the development but implementation is not satisfying us ad young people and our mothers, e.g the toilet project could lift us up , but we are left out and you will hear many cries from Intsika Yethu Contractors, same people getting work, so we are not sure now what to do we want to develop.
