Dear Portfolio Committee on Basic Education, In the year 2016, the dept advertised post for HOD's and principals with their deputy principal post for the public professionals to apply
I applied for Mathematics and Science Post at Rams High School and was shortlisted for the post another three candidates. we were called for interviews during June winter school classes for grade 12 and after the interviews, I got a tip off from one of the teachers in that school that I made it, later the secretary of the SGB and later the public was talking about it. later again I was told that the circuit manager called a meeting with the above mentioned school's SGB to influence them on changing the scores and appoint another candidate and it happened because one meeting was held at the circuit office in the presence of the union leadership( because they were part of the scheme).

They managed to convince the SGB and changed the score in favour of the the other candidate. this act damaged my spirit and decided to quit the system because of their injustices.

Another example is what is happening at Khudi high school in Makhutswe circuit ABOUT THE POSITION OF THE PRINCIPAL
