Please inform the South African public what role our country will play in stopping Uganda’s Kill the Gays Bill, as well as similar legislation across the continent and the world, in accordance with our human rights’ position in the Constitution (in instances like these, “quiet diplomacy” and respecting the sovereignty of other countries can rightly be perceived as dereliction of duty)
