Madam Speaker, part of Parliament's duty in terms of the Constitution is to facilitate public involvement in the debates in this House. I would like you to please investigate why channel 408 - which is the parliamentary channel - has found it fit to put on a whole lot of the other stuff today and is not broadcasting the very important debate we are having in the House today. [Interjections.] And this goes to the very heart of the complaints that were made about why it is essential that outside broadcasters be allowed to have access to a feed. I certainly think a motion of no confidence in the President would take precedence over questions being answered by a Minister in the NCOP.
