(1)What total number of officials at national and provincial level were charged and found guilty of (a) financial misconduct, (b) irregular expenditure, (c) failure to comply with procurement procedures, (d) abuse of sick leave, (e) poor work performance, (f) theft and (g) sexual misconduct;
(2) What mechanisms are there for establishing a national blacklisting register which can be consulted by government institutions at a (a) national, (b) provincial and (c) municipal level to ensure that in the event that the specified officials were found guilty they would not be able to gain employment in the Public Service until after a 5-year blacklisting period?
