Not under the disaster but in their own laws and they can make bylaws and all that.
So, if they did, as long as it wasn't opposite to what the national regulations required. If it was opposite to what the national regulations required then obviously they were doing something but we have informed those that we were made aware of and clarified things to those made us aware that there were issues with municipalities.
