Chair, the Minister doesn't know how big the problem is. Therefore, how can he possibly even plan to budget for the problem and to fix it? Isn't the essential problem that the borders of our country are not borders; they are walk thru or drive thru? I can go to Mozambique right now to their border and I have done this, I can walk across the border, buy fish and chips and walk back. [Laughter.] I have done that on our oversight.
So, the point is what is the Department of Home Affairs going to do in terms of sorting out the borders of our country so that at least when people come into the country we know they are here and we know
what they are doing. How are we going to do that, because points of entry are not going to help Minister, a proper border fence will? Thank you.
