(b) Placements have been made in all except in the field of Environmental Health Practitioners where fifty (50) could not be placed due to non-availability of funded posts. The austerity and fiscal consolidation measures introduced by National Treasury, which have led to budget shortfalls for the health sector inclusive of the human resources budget.
