All eligible applicants in the listed fields of studies, after completing their obligatory community service, are required to apply for advertised posts across the nine Provinces. They are not automatically placed into vacant positions as there are no HR prescripts that support automatic placements in permanent positions. Placements are only applicable for Medical Internship and Community Service in funded positions through the Internship and Community Service Placement (ICSP) online System Programme.
