(1) In light of the reports of contraband being smuggled into correctional facilities warranting raids by departmental officials, which prison facilities have been subjected to such raids since 1 January 2023;
(2) whether there have been any (a) arrests and (b) consequence management actions that followed the discovery of contraband during such raids; if not, why not in each case; if so, in each case, what (i) is the nature of the consequence management actions and (ii) are the full details of the perpetrators?
