Mr Ramogale was the principal of Gerson Ntjie High School. He has also served as a Political Commissar for AZAPO in Limpopo and as a convener and then secretary of Serala CPA for the restitution of Wolkberg and Serala land.
He was a candidate councillor for AZAPO in the 2016 local government elections in Limpopo.
