Mr Ndabandaba has extensive amount of experience in education. He has been a lecture at multiple universities as well as a teacher and counselor at various high schools. In 2004 Mr Ndabandaba became a Member of Executive Council on Agriculture & Environmental Affairs in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government.
