About Ellen Molekane

Ms Ellen Molekane is the Deputy Minister of State Security of the Republic of South Africa since 26 MAy 2014. She formerly was the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Defence and Military Veterans. She trained in the then German Democratic Republic (GDR), during the time of the People’s Army Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) where she did a Commander’s course and specialized in military engineering. Moreover she was the only woman in that course at that time. source: dmv.gov.za
