About Annelizé van Wyk

Ms van Wyk was born in Pretoria. After completing her studies at the University of Potchefstroom, she worked for Military Intelligence. Thereafter, she accepted a position at the Human Sciences Research Council. She joined the National Party in 1987 and served as member of the Gauteng Legislature from 1994-1997. She then resigned to help Roelf Meyer form the UDM. She joined the ANC in 2003.
