Madam Chair, much of the discussions during the CODESA pre eminently exaggerated the political gains that needed to be made. It's not a secret that we over negotiated during the struggle. The results of these discussions regrettably left us with an economy that is deeply concentrated structural and unresponsive to the demands of all South Africans.
