That the House -
1) notes the decision by the SA Police Service to investigate criminal charges laid by opposition parties against President Zuma in regard to the R250 million unduly spent on his private Nkandla home;
2) further notes that the Public Protector found that President Zuma and his family benefited unduly from the nonsecurity upgrades at his home;
3) acknowledges that President Zuma has wilfully ignored the recommendation that he pay the money ... [Interjections]
