Adoption of BRRRs: DPSA, NSG, DPME, PSC & StatsSA
Meeting Summary

Ms M Kibi (ANC) supported her colleague in the adoption of the report.
Ms T Mgweba (ANC) also supported the adoption.
Dr M Gondwe (DA) stated that the DA reserves its rights on the report.
Ms C Motsepe (EFF) indicated that the Economic Freedom Fighters support the report.
Mr C Sibisi (NFP) said that the National Freedom Party supports the adoption of the report.
The report was adopted.
Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report: Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA)
Ms Ntuli moved for the adoption of the report.
Ms Motsepe rejected the report.
Ms Kibi supported her colleague in the adoption of the report.
Mr Sibisi moved for the adoption of the report.
Dr Gondwe stated that the DA reserves its rights on the report.
The report was adopted.
Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report: Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) and Brand South Africa
Ms Ntuli moved for the adoption of the report.
Mr Sibisi supported the adoption of the report.
Mr Z Mbhele (DA) asked the Committee to note that the DA reserves its rights on the report.
Ms Mgweba supported the adoption of the report.
Ms Motsepe asked the Committee to note that the EFF rejected the report.
The report was adopted.
Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report: National School of Government
Ms Mgweba moved for the adoption of the report.
Ms S Maneli (ANC) supported the adoption of the report.
Ms Motsepe indicated the EFF’s rejection of the report.
Dr Gondwe stated that the DA reserves its rights on the report.
The report was adopted.
Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report: Public Service Commission (PSC)
The Content Advisor indicated that only four amendments were made to the report.
Ms Kibi moved for the adoption of the report.
Ms Mgweba supported the adoption of the report.
Ms Maneli supported the adoption of the report.
Ms Motsepe rejected the report.
Dr Gondwe stated that the DA reserves its rights on the report.
The report was adopted with the rejections duly noted.
Adoption of previous meetings minutes
The Committee Secretary, Mr Masixole Zibeko, took the Committee through the minutes of previous meetings dated 21 September, 11 and 12 October 2022.
The minutes were adopted.
