About Makashule Gana

Mr Makashule Gana was born on the 11th of August 1983 at Lefara Village, Tzaneen, Limpopo province. He holds a Bachelors of Science (Mathematics and Computer Science) from the University of Limpopo and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School. He was once a Software Test Analyst and Business Analyst for FNB and Absa Bank. He has been a member of the DA from 2002 and has served in several capacities including DA Youth National Leader. He has served as the DA Deputy federal Chairperson, a position he was elected to in 2012. Between 2009 and 2014 he was a PR Councillor in the Johannesburg Metro Council. After the 2014 general elections he was elected a member of the National Assembly, and he served as a DA Shadow minister of Human Settlements. On the 4th of August 2022, he officially resigned as a DA member. He is currently registered for a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Wits Business School. Source: http://www.dayouth.org.za.
