Member of the North West Provincial Legislature
Mr Sambatha was sworn in as MEC for Health in May 2019. He is the SA Communist Party Provincial Secretary He studied Labour Law with Natal Technikon, and obtained a Municipal Manager's Certificate from the University of Durban-Westville. Following the 2014 elections, he was elected into the North West Provincial Legislature and later appointed as MEC for Public Works and Roads.
